  • What is DNA paternity testing?
Paternity testing determines the biological relationship between an alleged father and child.
  • What paternity testing options do you offer?
Testing is available for non-invasive prenatal testing, also called NIP testing and paternity testing (legal and non-legal) and DNA relationship testing.
  • How long does it take to receive my results?
Most paternity testing will take 1-3 days from the date of samples received. More specialized tests, such as the non-invasive prenatal testing may take an additional 3-7 days, due to the specialty of the testing. There are additional fees to expedite processing. Also, any additional timing is also dependent on the number of additional parties to be tested.
  • Which tests do you offer?
We offer an array of tests, from paternity to prenatal testing, siblings, avuncular (aunt or uncle) testing, grandparentage, deceased testing, etc. See our range of tests here.
  • Do you take my health insurance? Medical card?
Unfortunately, there is no coverage for DNA testing through any health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Even if court-ordered, all services is self-pay. We do have payment plan options available.
  • The child and alleged father live in different states. How will that work?
If anyone in the party that needs to be tested is not in this state, or even in this country, that is not an issue. We are partnered with labs globally, where we can coordinate testing for the other party all at one time and with one payment.
  • What is your refund policy?
Once testing is initiated, there are absolutely no refunds. If deposit was applied to reserve testing, refund will be provided with 24hr cancellation notice. Less than 24hrs notice provided, only 50% of deposit will be refunded.
  • I am unable to make my appointment, can I reschedule for another date?
Yes. Any deposit put towards testing will go towards the newly rescheduled test date.
